Body is the Original Anti-Chafe Balm™, a trusted solution since 1996 for preventing rubbing and friction that lead to chafing and skin irritation. The Body formula serves as the foundation for all our products.
For Her Anti-Chafe Balm builds upon the Body base, incorporating emollients to enhance the protection of natural skin moisture. With the addition of Coconut and Sweet Almond oils, along with Vitamins A, B, and F, For Her balm is particularly fitting for individuals with dry, sensitive skin and/or delicate areas.
Foot Glide Anti-Blister Balm is enriched with Apricot Kernel Oil, Comfrey Leaf Extract, and Vitamins A and C. This unique blend works to soften skin, reduce inflammation, and rejuvenate dry, chapped, and chafed feet.

How to Use
Apply, directly from the stick, to your thighs, neck, feet, arms, or anywhere your skin can rub before getting dressed. Apply to intact skin before any activity or at any time. Wash off with mild soap.

Did get a blister on my first long run, but not the second. Works well but think I need to use more of the body glide than I do of another product. No staining issues on clothing that I noticed.
